| How Micheal Phelps made me fall in love with Gym |

Ok I've heard lots of tips on how to stay motivated at the gym -get a gym buddy, reward yourself when you reach goals, have a plan.
None of those tips have ever motivated me like Micheal Phelps. Now don't get me wrong, I am not in love with Micheal Phelps, I am not dreaming of the moment where we can finally meet and I can tell him how much he has inspired me and I do not hope for him to shower me with gifts, although I know he can afford to given those lucrative endorsement deals. No, what I have is an extreme appreciation for how he has molded what God gave him into the image you can see below.
This appreciation began with the summer OIympic coverage. Nothing has ever motivated me on a treadmill like the image of Mr Phelps. Now I am not a swimmer, nor am I a runner. I will not follow the sport of swimming more closely now because of his endorsement. Instead Mr Phelps's image will keep me running to reach my own goals.

Let me point form it out for the future when I will want to remember these details:
1 - BFF found, 1 cryptic e-mail in junk box ignored
1 - Road trips, with 1 boarder check
1 - Coach wristlet
2 - Successful matchmakings by yours truly
1 - Drunken home opener sens game with friend
1 - Federal election
4 - Stolen election signs, which were put up by my mother
1 - too many starbux drinks and beer
2 - few gym visits
Looking ahead:
1 - Upcoming birthday and accompanying party
1 - Upcoming sens game
1 - Playboy after dark party on the horizon |

Teddys have been replaced with cigarettes. Nice thing is, it's possible to eat the teddys whilst one smokes.
Had some ESD poutine last night. It was the smoked meat kind. Oh delicious. Have been hitting up the gym pretty regularly though, so that's good.
Gosh I feel like everything is coming at me so fast. I'm a little unsure of how things are supposed to go down.

When I'm eating them, I only want more, I am never satisfied.
I don't even see their faces.
I only know the grainy feeling of them in my mouth
